Paddling aimlessly looking for shore.
There has go to be something more.
Treacherous waters surround me,
all my lies succeeding to drown me.
The waves crash over my head.
As I spend the time wishing I was in bed.
Waiting and wanting more,
you are who i look toward.
When I finally push my pride aside,
I fall to my knees and lift my arms up high.
I pray that you save me from this mess I'm in,
and you say " Larissa, Jesus already paid the price of your sin."
Once you remind of that day at Calvary my fears vanish,
and my lies cease to drown me.
